It was fun and delightful...
Liked: It was perfect, clean, accommodating and friendly and attentive.
Disliked: It took me 25 minutes to check in because my booking.com account used my compaions name not mine to set up the booking of the room. I did all the request online myself and for some reason the site used her as the person who booked the room. It was not good at all the process is flawed. Stressed the hell out of myself and my companion.

Disappointed that some guests were...
Liked: The room was beautiful and spacious, the pool and hot tub was pleasant and the hotel in general and our room was very clean which is very important to me
Disliked: We booked this hotel because our Daughter was playing in a two day volleyball tournament at SUNY Brockport and we live almost 2 hours away. When I booked the room I made sure the continental breakfast had good reviews, but I did not check the times of the included breakfast because every hotel I have ever stayed at started their breakfasts at 6:00 am. When I checked in I was surprised to be told that the breakfast began at 7:00 am. We had to check out by 6:45 am to make it back to Brockport by 7:15 for her game. This definitely put a wrench in our plans since it meant my Daughter was going to have to rely on a granola bar before her game. THEN we came downstairs to check out at 6:45 am and the breakfast area was bustling with dozens of guests that were already done eating or almost done eating the continental breakfast!!!!! We asked at the desk and the woman said that some other volleyball parents wanted the breakfast open earlier so they started it at 6:00 am !!!!!!!!!!!!!! We were NOT happy that we were told "no" and other guests were told "yes!". So needless to say we will not be booking at Fairfield Inn again. We have been traveling to Rochester area tournaments for 3 years and will be continuing to do so for the next 5 years, so you have definitely lost our business. Treat all of your guests the same, what you do for one, has to be done for the other. Even if you changed your breakfast time that evening for some guests, you at the very least could have stuck a note under our door or called us letting us know that the time had changed.
