Good

Cold showers and dirty.

Liked: Not a lot
Disliked: There was no hot water for the entire 4 night stay. Staff just shrugged their shoulders and never were at reception. You had to request to get your room cleaned.

Not awful for a quick stay but subpar rooms are lacking comfort

Liked: The hotel offered easy check-in and a friendly staff. The free breakfast was popular and they had a few good options for a quick bite. I also liked the gym offering and setup, and the main lobby area was clean and inviting. There was ample parking and the area felt very safe and convenient to everything (despite a lot of construction going on in the area). The hotel itself was pretty quiet.
Disliked: The room cleanliness was okay (nightstand had drink rings on it). Several spots in the room and bathroom were damaged and hooks were missing. Towels were really rough and small (typical hotel quality). The mattress was awful - one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I have slept on. I also was put in an accessible room which had no bathroom vanity to use for makeup or hair tools. The only outlet near the sink was covered with a mirror and unusable. I asked to be switched but was told the hotel was completely booked. There is a lot of plane noise with them flying overhead but you kinda get used to it. Also, the rooms are "updated" but still look about 15 years outdated.
