Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast had a lot of options, not amazing but something for everyone
Disliked: The pool was closed which is the reason I booked this hotel was so my kids could swim, very disappointing to pay for something and not be able to use it.

Liked: The front desk gentleman greeted me with a gentle smile and was very helpful... The gentleman who worked in the kitchen was a nice smile to greet me the two gentlemen are a great asset to your company and deserve! a nice Xmas present

We had a good visit with family in Peoria. the hotel was in a good location.

Liked: The hotel was clean and convenient. We enjoyed the pool and exercise room.
Disliked: with two teenage children, the room was a bit close quarters, but it is what it is. We requested extra towels and pillows from the maid. she said she could not give us the extras. we did get three towels and one pillow from the front desk.
