Liked: The Location is convenient to the casino. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and roomy. We didn't use the pool or gym but it was nice that they were available.
Disliked: Maybe lower the prices of the drinks and snacks available to guests.

Disliked: .We drove 3 hours to stay there because of the indoor pool for my grandson. Pool was closed.

Liked: The location was in very close proximity to the event we were going to. The carpeting throughout the place appeared to be new. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The water pressure was not the best for a shower but we made it work. Sound travels through the doors which could be annoying depending on the time of day. Possibly going to solid core doors would solve that problem. Neither problem would keep us from staying there again.

Disliked: Lobby and elevator had big chunks of dirt from someones shoes. No one cleaned it our entire stay. Shower trickled out. No water pressure.

Liked: The hotel was clean. The staff was helpful but very limited due to being only a few staff on hand. I left a few items in the room. The staff secured these items. That was great and very thankful.
Disliked: Shows a hot tub in the pictures. There was not one on site. One of the biggest reasons we licked this hotel. My girlfriend was very disappointed. We considered leaving the hotel to find another but my girlfriend didn't want to deal with the hassle.
