Disappointed and frustrated

Liked: It was close to where I needed to be
Disliked: I cancelled the room when I arrived and realized that the hot tub was out of order. I am disabled, and it was the only reason I booked this room. I am still waiting for my refund from January 11th in the amount of $109.89
