Liked: Room was big. The bed was very comfortable. Pool area was nice.
Disliked: Main door was closed off so had to go to back. The tiles in bathroom was loose and pinch skin on foot.

Liked: Check in person was very nice and we had no issues. She was there when we traveled through 2 months earlier. Very clean place and all the staff we have met are very pleasant and make the experience great.
Disliked: Manager was training somebody new in when we were checking out. He seemed to be bent on impressing the new person that he was in charge instead of making the new person feel welcome and she would get the hang of the process soon. The Mrs. "whispered good luck" when he was out of earshot. Got a smile out of her! A little kindness goes a long way sometimes.

Liked: I liked having ample room in the suite we booked. The location was close to where I needed.
Disliked: I didn’t like that you could hear entire conversations from the room next door. I guess the walls are thin?

Disliked: Feather pillows were flat. Mattress seemed broke down. Maybe should be replaced
