Liked: Everything, cleanliness, the modern look, the bed was super comfortable, I love the shower in our room. The customer service was outstanding. The location was great. We come to Jackson Tennessee alot my son plays football at one of the colleges there. Now we have been staying at the other hotels but this will definitely be our new home when visiting Jackson.
Disliked: To be honest nothing. My stay was great.

Disliked: We didn’t like the fact that after attending a funeral we came back to our room that night to find the door left open and a dirty room! The only reason our valuables weren’t stolen is that we took them with us.
