Liked: Nothinf
Disliked: I am extremely disappointed. Despite being sick with Covid and requesting a one-time courtesy for a free cancellation with proof in hand, they still decided to charge me for one night. Very unprofessional and money-hungry.

Liked: The staff was really great. The manager was very helpful she even came to our room to make sure we were okay during difficulties. The water was HOT, which is always a plus for my family and I. Breakfast was provided. Free parking, indoor pool.
Disliked: The property itself was out of date. The lights were very dim, and the outlets were really loose, which caused them not to hold the cords. Bathroom lighting and fan were connected, which made loud noise. When we arrived there was no internet or television but there was a storm that passed through before we arrived. The room phone did not work. At breakfast, the waffle iron was hard to turn, but other guests assisted.

Liked: The location, the rooms and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: There was no breakfast available and the reason we were given was the cook called out. Our main reason for choosing this room was because they offered free breakfast. This was unacceptable.

Disliked: The hotel had trash all on the outside. The hotel wasnt as clean as it should have been. The elevator was dirty and the carpet needed to be vacuumed.

Friendly staff but should have...

Liked: Breakfast was really good, surprisingly a lot of options! Also, the staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and close to restaurants. The room was clean and easy to access from our car.
Disliked: I picked this hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool and a hottub. The hottub didnt work and the pool was freezing even though indoors.. I would have kept looking for another hotel had I known it didn't work so that was really disappointing.
