This was the best experience we have ever had staying at a hotel; very professional and helpful staff.

Liked: Everything! Staff, bed, food - stellar, mountains above the rest!
Disliked: Absolutely nothing. If I had to choose something I would say strong coffee needs to be strong - it was weak but that's nothing!

Very nice accommodations! Spacious room...

Liked: The facilities were very clean. The building looked newly built. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast had a lot of options.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about. The access roads were a little squirrely, but I made my way in and out of the hotel alright.

Miserable unheated hotel that has...

Liked: There was no Internet service throughout our stay and the front desk staff was completely unconcerned and unhelpful about the situation. Moreover, to save money, there was NO HEAT in the lobby, breakfast area and corridors. The hotel was freezing. We will never say there again! Miserable experience and miserable, unhelpful staff!

Liked: Staff member that kept the breakfast area stocked and clean was very helpful and excellent at her job! She made sure the food was hot and the area clean both days we were there.

Liked: Great location. Staff and hotel were wonderful. Definitely would stay again.
Disliked: Young lady working night shift had her hair (wig?) alllllllll a mess and looked like we were bothering her when asked her a question. Only issue really.. But not a big deal overall.
