Liked: This was a comfortable room to stay. The room was clean and they had plenty of breakfast goodies. There are some restaurants near the hotel.
Disliked: Their was no cable in the room the entire time, even though front desk clerk said they had called a technician. Another guest said they had no cable all weekend.

Disliked: 15mins before checkin(3pm)we reached, that said come after 30-60mins since room(3rd floor one)is not ready. Later we reached around 5pm, stills they said the booked room is not ready, so arranged a different room on ground floor.The bathroom since was clogged and not properly draining.

Disliked: We walked into our room after being checked in and the beds were not made and garbage on shelves. Staff was very accommodating in changing rooms. The next room the tv did not work so they switched us rooms again. They were having a towel shortage

You need more people working

Disliked: 1)Arrived at the hotel at 3:00 pm but weren't allowed to check in till 8:00 PM. 2)TV was not functioning properly. No clear channel 3) Breakfast service was very slow 4) No phone in the room 5) No body towels 3) Internet speed was from 20 yrs ago.
