Liked: Location is great with easy access to the convention center. Having a Starbucks in the lobby is extremely convenient. Customer service was excellent and room was very clean. Beds are comfy, plenty of space for luggage, and it smelled so good everywhere we went.
Disliked: I can’t think of ANYTHING except maybe they could have higher quality TP.

If the worked hadn’t broken...

Liked: The facility was pretty nice. Clean on entrance. Smelt clean.
Disliked: We were in our room for roughly 30 minutes and heard someone using a key card to open our door. When I got to the door the male worker was using the key card to push the lock open. As soon as I yelled stop he left. I heard him opening other doors. When I confronted him he gave some excuse about thinking it was empty (then why would it have been locked from the inside).

Liked: Nothing the room was dirty,bed looked like someone slept in it,the furniture which was a orange chair was filty.Mustbea truckstop not luxury. An it had a smell that wasn't pleasant.

Disliked: The first room I was put in on the 3rd floor smelled of weed as the entire floor I requested another room on a different floor and was offered a room on the 2 nd floor while the room did not smell the bathroom was not clean I took pictures of someone else’s hair in the tub on the walls and the linens were dirty . Not at all like the pictures of clean rooms
