It was wonderful stay

A complete disappointment not at...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Flew in from AZ and was very disappointed in the view from our room - we looked out onto a tall brick wall in an alley. Being in the city of Chicago it would have been nice to look out on some of the skyline. Was also very disappointed in the room size for advertising this as a “suite”. There was no way you could have both TV’s on at the same time. Also the website states pay preview movie channels but that wasn’t true. We only had a few local channels. The bed was pillows were very uncomfortable and the breakfast was terrible. Worst tasting scrambled eggs and very few options to choose from. Only had one elevator working so took a long time each time we left or arrived back. This was a complete disappointment for what was to be an exciting trip to Chicago.

Disliked: Parking expensive & far from the hotel then it was the valet take forever to get your car which was also expensive like 69 a night elevator was broken only one working… breakfast extremely packed no pool the gym is small too the room was small had a suite just as small as a double queen smh
