All in all I would definitely stay here again.

Great value, location and staff!

Liked: All of the staff we interacted with were very nice, positive, helpful and accommodating. The hotel is in great shape and a solid value (at least in March). The free breakfast was wonderful-there was a lot of variety of food including eggs, bacon/sausage, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, granola, coffee, several kinds of juice, etc. The location was amazing! Two blocks from the Magnificent Mile and a short walk to Navy Pier.
Disliked: I'm hard-pressed to find much I didn't like. That being said, I would really prefer fresh scrambled eggs and also having turkey breakfast sausage at every breakfast.
