Disliked: The rooms smelled mildewy - frankly, kinda like cat urine - and we were put in a room we didn't reserve (a first floor ADA King Size room right off the lobby). When I went to ask if there was another room, the lady at front desk who was friendly when we checked in had a complete change in demeanor and said they had booked all the other rooms but the one next door, also ADA, was available. I said that someone who actually needs the room might come in. The lady said the room we were moving to would cost less than the room we booked, so she would make the adjustment. We ended up going to the other room, but it still smelled and I was annoyed.The next morning, we had breakfast which was fine. We were getting coffee when we heard a rude "Excuse me" behind us. One of the employees wanted to change the coffee and was put out that we hadn't noticed her. I asked her if she needed some help which she appreciated.When we checked out to pay for incidental snack charges, we were given a price for the room that was more than we paid in the first place. The person helping us made the adjustment which was the least she could do.While that was happening, another lady was also having issues as she was checking out. The person (manager) helping her out announced loudly "Oh, you were the guest that was yelling last night" so that everyone in lobby and having breakfast could hear which was so beyond what a manager should say. Turns out, this woman came in after us with her disabled daughter and was given two rooms on the second floor. THE ELEVATOR WAS BROKEN!!!! and the daughter couldn't use the stairs. Based on previous reviews, that was an issue the hotel kept having but the manager acted like it was the first time he was hearing it. They ended up offering the daughter the ADA king sized room that we had been in first and the rest of the party were on second floor.

Liked: The two gals working at the front desk in the morning were very friendly and nice.
Disliked: The lady working when we checked in was kind of rude. We were pulling a trailer and when we asked about parking, She told us all the places we could not park not helpful.
