Liked: Location was ok.
Disliked: Staff was so so. They kept saying they were full and that is why there were not enough towels, Kleenex and toilet paper. Coffee machine in the room did not work. If they knew they were going to be full then they should have brought in more staff and supplies. The breakfast was good.

Liked: breakfast was ok. the first day it was late and some of the breakfast items were not set up. the morning person was late arriving. we saw a better variety the next morning.
Disliked: room was clean and clerk was pleasant.

Very good

Liked: The property is clean and well kept. The staff are amazing. Especially the night staff.
Disliked: The beds are harder than I am used to so I didn’t sleep very well.

Passable

Liked: The young lady, I think Ari, was the best. She was nice and attentive to my concerns. And the poor girl worked an over 15 hour shift! Good bless her!
Disliked: Both of my beds were dirty, I had to change my own sheets and we found a roach in the bathroom!
