Liked: I liked the location! It was so easy to walk to Sundance square, literally a 5 min walk. There’s a Starbucks 700 feet from this hotel inside the Omni. Quiet part of downtown.
Disliked: For the price I’d expect at least 1-2 complimentary bottles of water for the room. There was a smell in the hotel when we visited March 16-17. It smelled like dirty mop water or sewer water. The smell was gone by Saturday night around 11pm when got back. The breakfast ain’t much so plan to eat somewhere. No toiletries in room, just soap that’s it.

Disliked: No hot water the first 3 days we were staying at the property. NO HOT water meant ice cold showers. And staff didn’t seem to be concerned kept saying it would be fixed and then it wasn’t and then it wasn’t again.
