Lovely place, but bad hotel...

Liked: It was very clean and new, and the staff were absolutely wonderful (friendly and helpful).
Disliked: It was very loud and the pillows were terrible. We didn't get any sleep because you could constantly hear toilets flushing, people walking above us and in the morning in the hall. I think I would have gotten a better night's sleep in the car.

Disliked: They put me in a handicap room. I dont park in handicap spaces so its ridiculous to have me occupy a handicap room when an actual HANDICAPPED PERSON might need it!! Oh, and zero snow removal on sidewalks.

Liked: New facilities. Breakfast was typical of other hotel chains. Rooms were clean.
Disliked: Room thermostat did not respond to our temp setting. We set to 73, but the temp never went above 70.
