Disliked: Usual amenities NOT provided and not given advanced notice about it. No pool no hot breakfast, no gym. Terrible time there!

Liked: The room was nice
Disliked: I was charged extra for my stay of the quoted price. All kinds f renovations going. That the pool wasn’t accessible, neither to get to breakfast you had to put your order in then the following day got a brown paper bag of cold unappetizing food.

Everything else was bad, just the location was decent.
Liked: Location was good, everything else was bad.
Disliked: 1) Staff was overall rude. We have an evening flight and this heavy set lady at front desk was rude and would not (she said not to my wife) keep our bags after checkout so we can grab them in evening before our flights. When I insisted she has to accepted the bags (like all other hotels do) she finally accepted bags with bad attitude and comments like they (brand like Marriott) are not responsible for the bags (never heard at any other hotel). 2) Breakfast was bad, just a grab and go, with nothing good in the grab and go box (just some juices). 3) Heater in the room was very loud, would stop and start every 15 minutes, you really need ear plugs to sleep in those rooms. 4) Anything you ask them they would say no with a general excuse that renovation was ongoing in the hotel even for things that are not related. 5) I booked the place for the Jacuzzi and pool and both were not available because of renovation, still those amenities are mentioned in booking.com website. False information and deceptive marketing there for amenities that are not available to travellers.
