Liked: The staff was very nice and they did help solve the problem a day later.
Disliked: The suite was dirty, the plumbing was bad, the pipes made a lot of noise during the night, there was no Hot Water, and the AC unit was leaking cold water.

Disliked: The mattress was very bad it hurts my back we couldn’t sleep the whole night and we paid for queen beds but what we got is full beds . The door of the toilet couldn’t be closed .

Wonderful hotel!

Liked: Checked into this gem based on the rave reviews about their staff, and wow, they didn't disappoint! The front desk I think her name was Leilani, was an absolute sweetest and delight, greeting us with warm smiles and an unexpected room upgrade – talk about a sweet surprise! Our stay was top-notch, and the location? Perfect, right across from The Source, which was super convenient. We also got complimentary cookies and free parking. This hotel just gets it right. Can't wait to come back for another visit!

Disliked: The room is not as clean as it could have been the toilet had no pressure when you flush it the AC made noise. There was a funny smell in the room. The quality of the hotel does not meet the price that they charge.
