Disliked: No restaurant and no way to have a bite to eat in the room because the rooms are so small.

Liked: we know that new york is expensive. based on that fact, we got what we paid for. the service is good, the room is clean and we could sleep very well. the shuttle service was well organized. staff at this hotel is helpful and friendly.
