It was okay.
Disliked: Air conditioner didn't work right, it stayed on all the time and none of the controls worked. We couldn't even shut it off and the room wasn't cleaned very well.

Avoid at all costs! Never...
Liked: The breakfast was good. The property had good sound isolation. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: This hotel's team must be fired on the spot or fully reeducated in the field of hospitality. Completely unprofessional. First, they failed to provide a hotel shuttle in a timely manner. I had to wait for one hour and a half at the airport to get to the hotel. At no point did the hotel informed me that I needed to call them to get the shuttle. I had to pay roaming fee to call them just to learn that their shuttle was not available (no reason provided). The receptionist told me she would send a Lyft car to pick me up which she never did. After 30 more minutes, having moved to the Lyft pick up area with all the luggage, I had to call them to learn that eventually the shuttle would come. Had to wait for it half hour more with the reception not replying to my messages. The driver did not speak English and was not a true shuttle bus driver as he hit all the curbs along the way. Definitely, he did not know the road well. Second, they advertised their hotel as having a pool and a hot tub, providing nice pictures of both, which was one of the reasons I decided to book them. They actually had none and could not care less to explain why they engage into an outright misrepresentation to their clients. Third, at 2 a.m. a fire alarm went off. The reception person was not there, and the security guy who could barely speak English spent quite a lot of time on locating him. Actually, the receptionist came done long after all the guests had congregated at the exit. At no point did their staff provide us with any guidance, instructions, or update on what happened and what we were supposed to do. The hotel staff obviously had zero training in safety issues. It was only the firemen who explained something to us. In the morning I claimed a full refund, the manager started haggling about it and offered only 50%, but eventually agreed on full refund.
