Liked: The location is great. The staff are super nice. The breakfast is good. The room is comfortable. I would definitely recommend the hotel.
Disliked: Many rooms overlook a wall. No views even of a street.

Convenient location for downtown Manhattan

Liked: Breakfast is fine. Decent number of items including egg, bread, cereals, fruit, OJ, yogurt etc. Room is small, but that is what you can expect in NY. The staff is very good. Water bottles are freely distributed at the reception.
Disliked: Size of the room. There is barely 2 ft gap around the bed in the entire room.

Liked: Hotel location is the only plus point. Close to NYSE and wall street & Pier
Disliked: Rooms are really Small. Breakfast is way below average.AC makes too much of noise. They charge extra for high rise floor rooms, but there is no view. Hotel is surrounded by tall buildings.

Great team, good location, would...

Liked: The team working here are lovely. Honestly some of the nicest best people I've met in hotels. Very good location. Fine rooms.
Disliked: While I was there the lobby was under renovation and I wasn't given a heads up so upon arrival don't worry it isn't closed, the hotel is still open and operating. The breakfast room is too small for the amount of guests but most guests were polite and loved through quickly so it was actually fine most days.

Liked: Horrible front desk this woman with straight hair i don’t know her name is very unpleasant. They stolen my money with deposit never refunded told me they would not charge me before i come to the checkin and they charged me 1 nights before i even arrived. Horrible breakfast too full of people never have enough food it’s like a war, and it’s only have eggs maybe some days have salame and bread thats it. Dont go. They put in a room with 2 doors that if i open i can see somebody else room and they can also see mine because didnt close perfectly. Not safe

Liked: The location near to the subway and the NYC ferries from pier 11.
Disliked: The breakfast room is very small, and it can be hard to find a table. My deposit hasn't been returned and I checked out 16 days ago.
