Great location and staff good...

Liked: Location was easy on and off for places we needed to go
Disliked: The rooms were boring, sure I’m there to sleep but it could get a little sprucing up inside the rooms. Breakfast was ehh my kids loved the waffle station

Disliked: Two issues: 1. When we checked in, the internet was down and took 2 days to fix. 2. The shower water was Luke-warm at best, and took a long time to get to that. When I brought it up, I got the "not my job" response from the front desk.

Wow. Nightmare.

Liked: The staff was friendly
Disliked: Hotel was FILTHY! I ended up on a pet floor and it smelled like feces. Loud music blasting at 1am. Beds were horrible. Cops came banging on my neighbors door looking for him in the middle of the night!
