I will never stay here...

Disliked: I was charged twice for a one night stay because I booked through booking.com and paid for my room thru Klarna the next day after checking out, I was charged a second time for the full price of the room even though I had already paid through Klarna when I called and asked why, I was told I would get my money back within a few business days about a week and a half pass by so I called back and they switched their story and told me now I was charged because I supposedly smoked in the room and I don’t even smoke, so I will never stay in this hotel room again!!!!

Disliked: I didn’t bring wall plug ins for my phone. I thought the room would have had a place to plug my phone cable. No big deal we just went and a couple.

Liked: The decor was nice. The staff was nice. The location was great
Disliked: We booked this hotel because we wanted to go swimming but when we got there the pool was permanently closed. It should have said that on the website.

Disliked: The TV was broke and no one would answer the phone at the front desk and when I went downstairs there was no one anywhere around and no one would even answer the front desk bell or phone at all. Cleaning banged on the door way to early in AM.
