I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was exceptionally well maintained. Check-in was quick and painless. Staff was informative. I would stay there again.

Liked: Clean; pleasant, helpful staff; included breakfast (continental+); free limo service to casino.
Disliked: No hot tub and the pool doesn't open until 10 am.

Great hotel for the price. Room clean and comfortable, staff very accommodating. Free limo service is a definite positive for activities at the casino. Would definitely stay here next time we come to Mohegan.

Liked: The vibe was really nice, staff were great whenever I needed help with anything. The pool was awesome and the shuttle to mohegan is so convenient. Breakfast was great as well, everything was so good. I also like how they have basically a little store by the front desk to buy snacks, drinks, etc. it makes it really convenient so we don’t have to leave to get anything.
Disliked: Only things that weren’t so great was the sofa bed, it was insanely uncomfortable for me, if it had a bit more cushioning it would be alright but I probably wouldn’t get a suite again after that. The other thing was our remote, we had 2 tvs in the room but the remote was only working for one of them.
