Liked: Good price
Disliked: Way too loud. A lot of people smoking next to the room. Also they wanted to charge extra money for the 2 “extra adults” when my reservation clearly say 4 adults. Unit has a kitchen but you can’t actually cook because if you turn on the fire alarm when you cooking (no vent of course) they will charge you a $250 fine. Pretty poor experience

Customer Service needs to be...

Liked: The first day I arrived here I got there about 230 2:45 PM. They tell me they have a water problem that’s fine they will call me in 15 to 20 minutes. I never got a call until I called them back. They never called me back at all and that was around 7 PM when I was able to get a key to a room And they had attitude like this was my problem. They told me this is not our problem I mean I’m the customer I should be the one being treated with some respect. This was a very bad choice. I will never stay at their hotel again this was horrible. I feel like I was gypped. I did not even have full time to be in my hotel room there I had to ask them to clean the room and they really didn’t clean it. The last person that stayed there had garbage still in the garbage bag. The sheets were dirty. The mirrors was dirty. The floors was dirty. It was just a nightmare. This was horrible, but that’s fine I will never ever ever stay at there hotel again
Disliked: Everything at the location really was a bad situation. I wish I never would have booked there but I know better next time.

Good value for price

Liked: Good location. Big room. Great price. Was only $70 and other rooms $300 due to furniture convention. Understood it was lower quality location before got there but it was only one night for business and my budget was not large. It was a great value for the price.
Disliked: Floor was dirty but housekeeping came right away to clean. Rest of was clean. It waa awkard when I checked in because the staff was arguing and shouting with another couple in the lobby.

Everything went wrong

Liked: The room was clean and decent.
Disliked: The neighborhood was awful. Strange people hanging around the parking lot. When I checked in, the man checking me in wasn't watching to see if my card payment was accepted. The card was accepted, but because he was chatting with another employee, he missed it. Then he told me to run my card again, but I refused. I was able to access my bank account and proved to him that my payment was accepted. Then they announced my room number (while there were other customers in the lobby) but didn't give me a key!!! I went all the way to the room and didn't have the key. They really need to get it together. When we finally got into the room, there were towels but no washcloths. I will NOT visit this hotel again. They are nice, but they need to do better.
