Large rooms, but run down

Liked: The staff are nice.
Disliked: The inside and outside of the property is just run down. Lots of rust and dust on things like the air conditioner vents that should be replaced.The furniture is old/scratched. The hallways could use some air freshener. There's no breakfast - just coffee and prepackaged snacks in the morning.

Disliked: The hallway leading to the room was dirty, and hair was on the floor in the bathroom. The chairs in the living room are completely worn out. The bed was a little lumpy

You won’t want an extended...

Liked: It was in close proximity to where I needed to be the next day.
Disliked: This property does everything in its power to make sure you don’t want to have an extended stay. There was paint chipping in almost every room. The floors were so filthy that the bottoms of our socks/feet turned black after only being there for a few hours (we checked in after 9pm and were in bed by 12!). Anything that was exposed metal was rusty including lamps, blinds, and the air conditioner grates. The inside of the microwave was rusty and had a hole on the inside! I can’t believe that is safe to use! The dishwasher shocked me when I went to open it. There were holes in the wall where the plugs were with exposed wiring. The curtains were covered in dirty fingerprint marks. The closet doors didn’t actually have a secure way to close. The bedroom doors didn’t properly latch to close securely inside the unit. The shower was limited (you could tell they modified the shower controls so you couldn’t turn the warm water up past a certain point) so you were only able to get luke warm water for a shower. There was no drain plug in the bathroom sink. The breakfast included with your stay was a joke: cheap prepackaged muffins, instant oatmeal, one coffee carafe that was drained by contractors working there that morning, and a hot water carafe for making tea. We even found a roach in our room the next morning as we were getting ready to leave. My only regret is I didn’t think to document anything as I was there for a funeral and had other things to do.
