Liked: Clean, comfortable and quiet; pleasant staff.
Disliked: No coffee maker unless paid for and requested.

Disappointing

Liked: Was lower cost for extended stay and allowed dogs
Disliked: Roach infested. Bought several cans of Raid to keep the roaches at a minimum while there.

Liked: I never got to stay there. That's what the dispute is about? Lol. Jesus. You booked me a room at a hotel that had no Vacancies. Need my refund. Been 5 weeks. A d I had to take 2 extra uber rides bc of your guys mistakes. This is 3 times now. Think I'm done with booking. Com unless you make it up to me. Sokn Been 5 weeks. Who the heck takes that long. Not impressed

Disliked: There were roaches, some members of the staff were rude, there weren't any covers just sheets the towels were hard some were dirty so we had to ask for more it was terrible and I would never go back
