Booking.com is full of it.....

Liked: That they gave me my refund
Disliked: Had to check out due to an infestation problem the property gave me a refund but booking did not up hold that and I never received a refund from booking.com they gave me a run around about policy and that they have to get in contact with the property which they did several times… and each time the property told them I was checked out due to infestation problems.. yet I’m still booking still haven’t given me my damn money… it’s no higher ups you can contact… so it defeats the purpose of even calling anymore…

Liked: The employees was so nice and very helpful.
Disliked: The room had roaches everywhere and who ever was staying in the room before they smoked so much in the room.

Disliked: The room had many cockroaches and smelled bad of humidity and fungus.

Liked: did not like this hotel. it was unsanitary, visibly dirty with an awful stench. we had to leave.

Disliked: We stayed this hotel for business, hotel office open 9am-10 pm. same hour like my business.We cant get soap /toilet paper. To get clean towel have to pay $1.75, no coffee, no breakfast and room clean every 15 days. Internet $2.99/hr or $7.99/d. Horrible
