Over priced for what it...

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: Not sure where to start, the staff was nice, although when I first checked in and was given a room as soon as I opened the door the room was already taken by someone else, good thing nobody was in the room when I opened the door, I had to go back to the reception and they gave me another room, it was fairly clean but pretty worn down and outdated design, burn marks in the carpet and so on.There was only a tiny bottle of shampoo and a bar of soap provided in the bathroom, no toothbrush, no toothpaste or anything like that.The sound insulation was also not good, you constantly heard people in the corridor and in the rooms beside and above, kids screaming and crying, loud bangs and even had to listen to a bed make that made a rhythmic sound for about 5 minutes.I do not think it was worth the money, but maybe I had just been spoiled with the quality and price of hotels in south east Asia I just got back from.

Disliked: The place was filthy when we were checked in, there were roaches this was brought to the attention of the staff. They did not care at all.

Liked: Staff is great , way better than the adjacent property of same name

Very good

Liked: Close to where I am working the next 2yrs. My drive home to Vancouver is 2hrs after a 10 hr day. Too much so I stay here on week nights

All in all it was...

Liked: When asked if they could give me past receipts…. They were able too.
Disliked: Can’t understand the receipts for the property. Very confusing. Wish they could work with you more on the pricing. Negotiating.

Disappointing

Disliked: They canceled my booking because I missed check in and were full because they had booked out my rooms. No refunds. They couldn't even notify me that they had canceled my reservation. Robbery and a waste of my time.
