Unprofessional rude deceitfulness

Liked: Well I liked that I had fond a place to house my owhole family when I booked I put in for 3 beds and it was a place I could go grocery shopping and cook at. By
Disliked: When I got there they changed my reservation to a room with one bed and then put us out because of to many people and they made us pay all large deposit so they could keep it it. They are unprofessional and rude and advertised availability they didn't have

It was okay but for...

Liked: They accommodated my concerns!
Disliked: They have some false advertisement & a lot of the furniture in the rooms are either broken or misplaced!

Liked: It was nice to have a small kitchen with with modern fixtures. The bed was clean and comfortable. a full sized refrigerator and cooktop. The bathroom looked recently remodeled. Good choice of cable television.
Disliked: The biggest issue was a broken elevator for a few weeks but it was fixed. The air filter in the air conditioner was not at all clean when I arrived. The parking lot also seemed to get filled with trash, including broken glass (beer bottles) overnight. I also assumed my 3 weeks would be charged to my card the reservation was made with when I arrived but I was charged weekly which no one explained to me until employees were slamming on my door for my payment.

Liked: The rooms was nice and a lot near by
Disliked: Your vehicle will get broke into, tires slashed, or whatever else they feel like doing. Customer service was terrible they don’t know how to talk to people. This is broken glass in just about every parking spot!

Sadly to say my home...

Liked: The commute to work and access to Grocery Shopping.
Disliked: No Room Service for my weekly stay been here a month.No Vaculmn or Cleaning Products or Kitchen Utensils and Cookingware had to bring and buy my own to keep Studio clean,Elevator was out of Order for 3 weeks,No Electricity for 10 hrs as of Sept.15th 2023,and TV No Signals very often and Police on the Property for Disturbences on many occasions.
