Disliked: Tub kept stopping up holding water for long periods of time

Liked: The location was great and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: The room was very dirty. There was trash underneath the bed, the toilet tissue was wet and the shower was too dirty to use.

Disliked: To clean the toilet bottle and also the shower was disgusting

Disappointing

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Paid $90 for a room there was stuff on the walls things falling apart… also the toilet didn’t wanna flush at all.

Dishonest hotel

Liked: The price is low for the area, but not low for what you get.
Disliked: They charged my card extra for no reason. I contacted them with no response, so I had to dispute it with the credit card company. Shady business practices.

Bad

Liked: When I arrived they didn’t even have a room that I paid for, then got placed in a king room, that wasn’t big enough because I needed the 2 queen beds. The lady called other locations in Jacksonville they were all booked up. I was offered a room with 2 double beds and the room had not been clean, so we had to clean the room and change the bedding ourselves. Geena the front desk staff was so nice and very helpful, she gave me a refund for the inconvenience. Well today I checked my bank statement and noticed the manager did not approve of the refund and charged me for another night of stay. I called and asked to speak with a manager and was told she wouldn’t be back in until Tuesday. Very disappointed with the hotel and the communication.
Disliked: Not getting the room I booked online, because placed in a dirty room and the communication.
