We were going to concert at Allstate Arena so location was good, except we couldn't walk due to mounds of snow plus the cold. It was a close and convienent place to stay but beds were very uncomfortable. Will not stay again.

We saw a concert at AllState Arena and it only took us about 10 minutes to get to the door. After the concert, we walked across a couple parking lots and grabbed a bite to eat and a beer, then a 5 minute walk back to the hotel. As we listened to sirens and watched the traffic jams, glad we weren't fighting that. The grab and go breakfast was disappointing. Just some granola bars, fruit, and oatmeal packets.

Such a great experience; nothing fancy about the room but spacious enough to host a pre-concert party and then hop on the free shuttle! Front desk staff was great. Room was clean and the morning coffee was good too. Would stay again any time I'm going to a concert at Allstate Arena!

Disliked: Instructions to return from airport was wrong. Instructions posted in hotel said they come every hour and day they do not. We finally got tired of waiting and called. They said we should have called right away. Poor instruction on the sign when we left the hotel when we parked there
