Some staff members were excellent! Others showed no interest in customer service.

Liked: No breakfast, but coffee was good, should serve coffee all day
Disliked: Keep dishes, pots, pans, etc in room.

good for a cheap hotel

Liked: close to the interstate and food! shopping anything.
Disliked: beds were uncomfortable. elevator didn’t work. very average

Liked: The location was amazing.
Disliked: The majority of the staff were not welcoming. We were not told before arriving that the elevators were not working. Upon check in we were not offered the amenities that are supposed to go onto the rooms (pots, pans, cups etc.)
