Definitely not worth the price - especially since we didn't need the kitchen facility. I'd pay a few more dollars and stay in a more comfortable room with better beds and linens.

Liked: Front desk people were friendly and helpful. It is fairly convenient to the freeway, but not so much to Snoqualmie, though at this point, not much is. I'd probably opt for Issaquah next time.
Disliked: Very uncomfortable pillows and mattresses. Towels were very course.

Quiet and convenient

Liked: Nice room layout, great price. Happy once we got settled, just took a little extra effort to get checked in, linens for the pullout, and hit the grocery store for breakfast.
Disliked: Check-in was more difficult than most places I have stayed, and I travel often. No breakfast - break in the supply chain somewhere; however, it was easy to pick up what we needed at the nearby grocery store.

Liked: Location is great, BUT the link for Google Maps sent us to a different Extended Stay. We had to have someone phone over for the correct address. Rooms are spacious and handy. Reasonably clean. Excellent price. Decent WIFI speed.
Disliked: Check-in was painfully slow and the fellow in front of me was almost finished when I arrived. At least 15 minutes. Absolutely nothing in the room: no coffee maker, utensils, proper ceramic cups to heat the water, no lotion. Good thing I brought my own tea as I awake early. Muffins were stale and they only had chocolate. We stayed here 2 years ago and the fully equipped kitchen was wonderful. No extra pillows in the room.

Disliked: That the front desk staff wouldn’t allow me to check in and they were completely disrespectful towards me & with it being the holidays I can’t believe how poorly I was treated.

Disliked: I have used booking for many years and nothing like this has ever happened to me.I had a 16-hour flight from Rochester to Seattle. I arrived at the facility around midnight and they didn't let me in although I had a booking confirmation and showed it to them. In the middle of the night, after a long flight, they didn't let me in! So, I took another Uber and tried to find another hotel to sleep in.After this incident, I called them more than 4 times and described that the situation wasn't my fault at all and requested to get at least my money back, but they didn't pay attention. They told me there had been an issue between Booking and this place, so my name wasn't updated in their system to let me in.Then, I emailed their manager, no response!Not only you didn't let me and my wife in but also charged us the full price! I described this at least to 3 of your employees. At least have the courtesy to apologize.
