Disliked: The hotel is old and outdated. The elevator was not working so I had it lug all my stuff for the third floor room they gave me. The staff were not very accommodating.

This is a good place...

Liked: The location is perfect for me. Love the updates since my last visit. The bed could be a tad bit more comfortable. It was a little bit hard.
Disliked: My room was the last on the hallway which was closest to the highway. Pretty noisy with all the highway traffic.

Liked: Impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Even though everything seemed dated, it was extremely clean and in good repair.The desk clerks were always helpful and friendly.This was the quietest hotel I can remember ever staying at. We heard no neighbors in adjacent rooms, and only minimal hallway noise when someone was passing by our door.
Disliked: I would have preferred more frequent housekeeping. We stayed 10 nights and did not get any cleaning services. The bathroom fan did not work, and my report of this issue apparently did not make it to maintenance. I reserved a studio with 1 king bed, but was given a single queen room. This was not a deal breaker for me, but it would have been nice to get the room I thought I was paying for.Also, it would have been nice to have received advance notice (before check in) that the elevator would not be working.

Liked: Not a damn thing!!
Disliked: Bed bugs made everything uncomfortable! Dirty bathrooms!! Transferred to another room and dirty sheets, so I checked out. It took over 3 weeks to get refunded since they charged me for a full week and $25/night for my 4 lb emotional support animal.
