Great location, friendly staff.
Liked: Great location for my needs. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The TV remote was a bit problematic and the continental breakfast could be more substantive. It only included oatmeal, granola bars and muffins. Other than that, there were no problems.

Home away from home!
Liked: Behind the hotel is a walking park, and pleasant neighborhoods for strolling. Easy access to shopping! Multiple restaurants nearby. We frequently walked to our destinations. The room was large enough for my daily yoga. The rolling office chairs were quite comfortable. Having a kitchen and large fridge was essential and everything worked well and was very clean. Staff found indoor secure space for our bikes. The in-room storage was more than adequate. We liked the grab-and-go breakfast with granola bars, muffins, oatmeal packets and so on.
Disliked: No schedule available for the TV, so it wasn?t possible to know in advance what shows were available and when shows started.

Liked: The location was perfect; right off highway 26 and the facilities were extremely clean in and out of the room. Customer service was excellent as always!
Disliked: No need for improvement that we saw.

Liked: Staff was very responsive, helped me with pots and pans and an extension cord. Great!
Disliked: Had some rowdy neighbors - scary even:( Domestic violence I am afraid. Not the hotel's fault tho - and they handled it well I think.
