Disliked: The property was disgusting and the smell was horrible. There were several roaches in our room, and we immediately left upon finding them.

No way, never ever stay...

Liked: Can't say much about what went well except that they did allow us to check in a couple of hours early. The room was a good size if we had stayed there any longer.
Disliked: Getting into the room it was not clean feeling at all. The carpet was extremely old/had gum imbedded in it. I always lift up the mattress and there was food and a hair tie there. The small couch was pulled out and it had food crumbs on it. There were no extra sheets or blankets for that. The worst part, the refrigerator made a loud/horrible sound every 1/2 hour or so when the motor turned off. So loud it was the next morning I asked for a refund. They said to let us try to make it right. They had another room that we moved to. Spent 3 minutes in there and saw 3 cockroaches. You would think they would make sure it was extra clean-nope! I went to get a refund and they charged me extra for breaking the "contract".

Liked: Nothing was never given a chance or clean room to stay in, staff barely kept communication. Very unresponsive I would say. Wasn’t able to check in either.
Disliked: My room wasn’t able to be entered due to the room not clean or atleast sanitary even tho i reserved and booked a room, staff did nothing really to make up for my room not clean, and then they directed me to other hotels that where way outta my budget.
