Average at best

Liked: Room was average.
Disliked: Breakfast was not adequate. Got a couple of stale dry muffins. Would of stayed somewhere else is I knew the breakfast was so poor. During reservation it was confirmed I would have two extra pillows. Front desk did not have them available.

Liked: Room size.
Disliked: No amenities, what they call "breakfast" isn't breakfast, it's more of a coffee bar than anything. Horrible insulation in the hotel, could hear everything including the dinging of the elevator, and our room was 324, so it was a good distance from the elevator that we shouldn't have heard it. Also glad there was a smoke detector but not right over the main bed area because the little light on it was so bright and had a hard time sleeping because of it. No privacy for the "bedroom area" in the room. Horrible water pressure in the shower as well.

Comfortable and a good value.

Liked: Good location. Easy access to area. Good value for the area. Room was clean and comfortable. I found bed was comfortable. Usually, I have trouble with pillows but did not here. I did not make use of the kitchen facilities, but it was nice to have them available.
Disliked: My room was right next to the elevator. This caused a little more noise but not bad enough to affect my sleep.
