Disliked: This hotel was horrible! 1st the customer service was horrible they said wait a minute I'll be back and came back half an hour later there was only one person working even though there was several employees walking around and then when the lady did get back to the counter she was irritable and mean second they say there are kitchen accommodations and there wasn't you have to pay extra to get a room with a kitchen accommodation even though they say every room has a kitchen also you have to ask for a silverware plate spots and then there tell you oh we don't have certain things so I had to go to the store to get my own stuff bathroom was horrible the water didn't get hot the tub had cracks in it he had to ask for extra toilet paper even though we only stayed for a day and a half cuz I had to leave early because it was so bad in there the beds was okay I had to ask for ask for thicker sheets and blankets I think I found the roach in there but that could have just been something else and they said they had hot breakfast which was a complete lie they had muffins and coffee overall I will not Stay here ever again it was not good at all

Disliked: The breakfast was disappointing and the floors were sticky throughout the hotel including my room.

Disliked: Didn’t agree with a 100$ security deposit when you have my credit card to begin with.

Disliked: The “concierge” was so rude to us! Not a person you want greeting you upon check-in!!Screen was broken, dead deer in parking lot and older man walking all over lobby in bathrobe robe trying to engage us in unwanted conversation.

Disliked: Well, to start with…no hot water! The woman at the front desk should not be in that position. Friendly and hospitable would never be two adjectives to describe her!We were there for a funeral and I was in charge of getting rooms. I am now the laughing stock of my family. The screen on one of the windows was repaired by my husband. An older man was sitting in one of the two yellow chairs in the lobby with a bathrobe and no underwear when we checked in. It was absolutely appalling. That place was beyond disgusting.Oh, the dead deer in the parking lot was the final blow!!! Horrible Horrible!
