Very dissatisfied and disappointed!

Disliked: Overall I was dissatisfied due to filthy carpet on every floor of that hotel that had not been cleaned in nearly a year. After speaking with the manager and requesting to speak to the CEO at the cooperate office, I never recieved a call back from the CEO and the manager just gave me the runaround which I did'nt find that professional at all. I own a cleaning business and I clean carpet also. After telling that manager that carpet suppose to be cleaned every three to six months in a commercial building of any kind. They have dogs that constantly travels on feet in and out of that hotel. Overall I would not recommend no one to stay there and I certainly do not want to stay there again. The manager that is assigned to be manager there have handled his job very poorly concerning the appropriate and thorough cleaning that is suppose to be in complete regards of sanitation and respect and care for the customers that pay thier money for a clean establishment. Whether they care or not it's totally the staff responsibility to clean the carpet at least every three to six months. That hotel also had a terrible smell that also came from that carpet. I am very dissatisfied as well as disappointed with the up keep of that hotel!
