Disliked: Your office states start time of 9a. I was traveling from Ohio for a family funeral. Although you all didn't guarantee early check-in...you all didn't open until after 930a!

Liked: That they did not have the room I reserved and had to go to another Hotel
Disliked: They did not have the room I selected reserved. Place smelled of weedeverywhere. It appeared that whole families were using this place as permanent residence.

Liked: It was in a great location for my needs.
Disliked: The hotel had a linen fee that was not included in the price. I was told because I was staying more than 1 day but yet no one came in the next day to clean or change the linen. So I am curious as to why $10 dollar fee? my room did not have a microwave?
