I will never stay here...
Liked: The only thing that kept me from leaving and finding another location was that it was next-door to the facility that my daughter was volunteering at for the evening
Disliked: It was very rundown. There was a bad smell, permeating the entire building. It smelled old and musty. The room had paint scraped off the walls in many places, and there was a chair in the corner with a completely broken leg that was unusable for anything. The kitchen sink dripped once it was used, and we had to place a towel in the sink so we could sleep through the dripping of the water.

Bad
Liked: Decent accomodations.
Disliked: The initial room that I was checked in was not only dirty, the closure on the back of main door to entry was completely disconnected and dangling. The toilet had a black ring and water was black. The letter of inspection of occupied rooms without permission needed. Called guest services to request corporate number in Charlotte,NC he was not willing to give or offer a resolution.Called reservations back spoke to a Supervisor named Kay she didn't offer a number or solution to the matter. There is NO reason unoccupied rooms should be blocked and rotate inspections per check out
