Disliked: I was checking in & had to pee , I asked the front desk attendant if there was a rest room on the 1st floor, she said No, having to pee very badly, I gave her my credit card with a reservation and she insisted, I wait until check in was complete, " I should have urinated on the floor" if I had only known how the rest of the stay would go after ,that intro, that should have served as a Warning, after finally getting my key, running up the stairs as there is , No Elevator, I was able to go to the bathroom, exhausted I got into bed in a ":Smoke Free Room" the bed sheets reecked of stale smoke as did the carpets & entire nightmare of the " Non Smoking " room, again exhausted with only 6 hrs before Departure, I fell asleep, only to be awoken, I get up to brush my teeth after napping 1 hr turn on the lights " bugs everywhere" on the counter around the microwave, coming out the drains, I was pissed stormed down to the front desk, notified the manager who came to my room, viewed the bugs was very understanding Refunded my $, the stay was a total nightmare , endee up feeling disgusting , itchy & sleep in airport 5 hrs awaiting my flight.
