Liked: The staff

If it wasn’t non refundable...

Liked: I really liked the staff in the other building and they were very helpful before I was even their customer. The staff working in the Junction Ct. building the night I arrived was extremely rude and showed no signs of any prior customer service skills or any effort to make guest comfortable and secure.
Disliked: The cost of laundry was outrageous. $3.00 to wash & $3.00 to dry. And that’s if you can give staff to get you quarters.

Disliked: The smell in the room was almost unbearable. The bed was just awful.
