Liked: Location was good and convenient.
Disliked: Too dirty in hallways and our room. I noticed cigarette ashes in the corner of the bathroom area. The bed was narrower than advertised. Thy offered a plastic re-washable cups that didn't have any cover, someone had washed it manually. No breakfast.

Liked: Outdated. Everything is old. No hanger in closet.
Disliked: Found a live cockroach in the bathroom.

Liked: We checked in, entered our rooms and we immediately left and gave our keys back and not using our rooms!We then went to a nearby hotel to stay there!I want my money back as first the reception was extremely unprofessional and the hotel was absolutely disgusting and unclean!
Disliked: Worn out and dirty place, strange smells…Unexceptional!Unfriendly and cool reception.Get them fired!Also the manager!

Liked: At 7:30 am,There was no breakfast only coffee.They had no forks at the front desk or in my room. The furniture in the room was busted up like a roach motel. The refrigerator and air vent above the stove was broken. The lighting was miss matched and dim.throom carpet was smelly also. I was highly disappointed, especially to wake up thinking there would be a decent breakfast, to only see coffee.
Disliked: To be quite honest,me stay was horrible and I felt like I was misled and robbed by the whole booking.

Liked: The staff was the best part. They were very helpful and always said hello.

Liked: Nothing. The room was disgusting not clean I barely wanted to sleep on the bed I was not comfortable at all. It was already to late to cancel. I’ve never been so u comfortable in a room
Disliked: Like I said it was dirty not clean sides of the toilet was dirty chair dirty had stains on it just gross.
