Horrible and frightening

Liked: The rooms were clean but outdated
Disliked: Everything ….. riff raff people running around lobby and hallways all night. Very sketchy! And people banging on doors all night.. I’m sure drugs deals being made. Since all I could smell in my NON Smoking floor was pot and Cigarettes! Told front desk and they seem no surprises and to care less.One night I walked in lobby to see two sheriff’s deputies going some where As a single women traveling I felt Very frightened and was running to my door every night and sleeping with door propped up to doorHorrible place and can see why so cheap. U get what u pay for I guess

Good value

Liked: I like that room was a nice size, comfortable and there was no carpeting so felt cleaner.
Disliked: Can be updated.

Liked: Mel at the front desk!!
Disliked: There was only one coffee cup left at 7AM and no breakfast. There were a few packets of oatmeal but no cup to make it in. For 265 for one night I would expect something. The common areas smelled like smoke, my room as well. I had a disabled person with me, there was nowhere to sit in the lobby or out the front door while we waited for Uber,

It feels safe and secure.

Liked: The front desk staff person, Mel, was amazing!
Disliked: There were no cups for coffee by 7am… could not make oatmeal, which was the only food left for breakfast. I would expect some food at that early hour. The hallways smell like smoke and the common areas are not maintained.

It's a very comfortable

Liked: Always kept clean and staff is kind. I appreciate the whole experience of being safe.
Disliked: I can't think of anything off hand at this time.

Not the best place for...

Liked: Staff pleasant
Disliked: Not what we expected for a medical stay. Placed near tenants with residency. Dogs, children, smokers and lots of noise. Each room says non smoking yet you can smell the smoke crime into your room and in hallway. Moved to another room in better condition. Needs some remodelling work done.
