Liked: Some days it was full some days it was empty. No sugar at all but area clean.
Disliked: Have nothing negative to say about the Hotel or staff. Everyone and everything was good. Treated nicely and always received great customer service

Liked: Convenient to shopping & major roadways
Disliked: Dirty. I'm not a smoker but would have appreciated cigarette disposal containers. There were butts all over the ground, in the planters & grass. "Breakfast" was a joke-horrible coffee, prepackaged blueberry or chocolate muffins. I would not stay at this location again.

Depressing & Gross

Liked: Lavia was there after I came in from a very long trip from Virginia, and was so helpful and kind. I was so exhausted, she had me in my room in no time, it was 7:00 pm, long day. Since you hold $100 of my money for security, I asked her to come up and smell the room before I took it. She was kind enough to bring up the luggage I left in the lobby, so helpful! We agreed, it smelled like a horrible cologne was unleashed in the room. I opened the windows immediately. When I was downstairs, another guest asked for cleaning supplies, which I found strange, so I asked her what was wrong. She said there was a ring around the tub. When I saw mine, same thing. Since I was booked at the Holiday Inn at South Road, checking in at 12:00, I didn't even change my clothes, and slept between 2 comforters that I had with me. The smell was bad enough. Also, you should inform people who are paying a good amount of money to stay here, that you also supply many of the rooms to SSI individuals, therefore, they can make their own decision whether or not to stay there. Other than that? Well, nothing.
