Disliked: The manager “BACH NGUYEN” was so rude and racially profiling….My Wife has seizure’s off and on, she got off work late night on March 21 she did a trash run it was very cold outside due to weather conditions instead of my wife taken the trash outside due to her condition she left the trash by the stairs… When I got off work BACH NGUYEN notified me at the front desk that there was a bag of trash left by the stairs, me and Mr. Nguyen talked about the situation and he gave me a warning that next time it happens we would be asked to leave. My wife called him to tell him it was her who left the bag by the door and apologized for doing such. But…. Instead of just giving a warning Mr. Nguyen didn’t like that fact my wife called to ask him how would he have known the trash came from our room Mr. Nguyen told my wife he “went through the trash and found a receipt with my name on it” that’s how… My wife said ok that’s all she wanted to know and apologized for it. So, Mr. Nguyen called me back approximately five minutes later and told me we would have to leave. After first saying it was only a warning, I don’t understand why we were asked to leave after me and BACH NGUYEN just had a conversation with a warning. Not to mention I’m a black male with tattoos….Mr. Nguyen definitely was racially profiling he even came to my room and said he was told we were smoking inside the room, we let him smell inside the room to prove there was no smoking going on. Mr. Nguyen is very rude I highly recommend BACH NGUYEN be replaced ASAP because no guest should ever have to go through what me and my wife went through with him. On the other hand the rest of the staff was great!
