Disliked: Room was dirty the light didn’t work and tv controller didn’t work. No soap for shower

Disliked: Comforter had holes in it..Fridge wasnt clean and got woke up at 530 to some lady screaming

Liked: Room was clean and spacious. No bugs found.
Disliked: I had ordered the room with a walk-in shower yet for whatever reason they gave me a standard room. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom and no disposable cups.

I wouldn't recommend this establishment...

Liked: This facility was very dirty, I move from the 1st room due to smoking smell & TV not working. The 2nd room TV still wasn't working, The next day I moved to another room & still the same thing. I ask the general Matt for a full refund in which was agreed upon via phone by booking com. I move to another facility per the general manager & that was just as bad.
Disliked: Too many people leaving tthere & facility needs a whole new makeover.

Overall, I rate this hotel...

Liked: Tommy and Matt truly managed this hotel with the customer in mind, outstanding customer service and communication. The property improvements are very noticeable to us the customer. Marvin the maintenance manager was very professional and efficient with handling our situation and care of the hotel.
Disliked: One small thing missing mints at the front deck.
